My home parish is Holy Childhood of Jesus Church in Mascoutah, Illinois. I come from a family of six with an older sister and two younger brothers. I attended Mascoutah High School and graduated in 2019. During this time is when I began to fall in greater love with God through my faith and the sacraments. Regularly attending Confession and Mass were instrumental in how I developed as a Catholic. After graduating, I began studying at Benedictine College for a mechanical engineering degree. In addition to my studies, I also competed on the Cross Country and Track Teams. It was during this time, that the Lord called me to trust in Him more. That call eventually led me to seriously consider the priesthood as my vocation and apply for seminary through my home Diocese.

Throughout my life, the formation in the faith my parents provided for me has been key in my faith development and discernment. Not only the formation they have given me, but the examples they are and were still greatly influence me. My four favorite hobbies/interests are running, spending time outdoors, reading, and Star Wars. I ask that you pray for my fellow seminarians and I to be formed as Catholic men in the image of Christ.
God Bless!
